3. Match the old and new ring die and pressure roller of the pellet machine, it is best to match the new ring die with the new pressure roller;
4. The gap between the ring die and the pressure roller is incompatible with the material produced, and the gap between the pressure rollers is adjusted;
5. The reason for the pressure roller, the use of new and old pressure rollers may be worn and damaged;
6. The formula used is more difficult to granulate, and the formula is adjusted appropriately;
7. There is a change when the steam supply lacks approximate pressure, check whether the steam pipeline and system pressure and pressure reducing valve are normal;
8. There are sundries in the granulating bin, and the sundries in the granulating bin should be cleaned out;
9.The spindle bearing is worn or damaged, and the bearing needs to be replaced.
