All roller shell are forged with high-quality refined steel ingots, and the forgings are densely organized.

For the high-quality wear-resistant special steel produced separately, the material of each furnace must undergo pre-furnace testing and post-forging analysis to ensure stable and excellent product quality after forging.

The unique heat treatment method makes the hardness depth of the roller shell surface reach 1.5mm。

The precision turning process is all controlled by CNC to ensure that the dimensions of all parts are accurate.

Every product, size, and hardness have been carefully and thoroughly inspected. The hardness of each full-tooth profile of each roller is tested.
