Product Introduction

The pellet mill is one of the most important machines in the fertilizer pellet industry.

Product Character

1. According to the high viscosity of compound fertilizer, feeding method of the auger has been improved to ensure that material can evenly enter the pressing chamber;

2. According to the characteristics that compound fertilizer is formed difficulty, the compression ratio of the ring die has been improved, which increases the output and forming rate;

3. Add an equalizing plate to the upper part of the main shaft in the pressing chamber to improve the poor fluidity of the compound fertilizer and make the discharge more uniform;

4. The feeder, conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel, which is durable;

5. The main transmission part adopts imported bearings and oil seals, which makes the operation more stable.
